Cron schedules, demystified
Cron expressions schedule automated tasks on servers using five fields: minute, hour, day-of-month, month, and day-of-week. The syntax is terse (0 9 * * 1-5 means "9am on weekdays"), so this tool shows a plain-English description as you build it, plus one-click presets for the most common schedules.
Field values
Use * for "every," a number for a specific value, 1-5 for a range, */15 for intervals, or 1,3,5 for a list.
