Truly random, truly private
Passwords are generated with your browser's built-in cryptographic randomness (crypto.getRandomValues) — the same quality used by password managers. Nothing is sent to any server; the password exists only on your screen until you copy it.
What makes a password strong in 2026?
- Length beats complexity: 16+ characters is the modern baseline
- Uniqueness: never reuse a password across sites
- Randomness: no names, birthdays or keyboard patterns
- Storage: use a password manager instead of memory
Note: we exclude easily-confused characters (like I, l, 1, O, 0) so passwords are safe to read and retype.
