How GPA is calculated
Your GPA is a credit-weighted average: each grade converts to points (A=4.0, B=3.0, etc.), multiplied by the course's credit hours, summed, then divided by total credits. A heavier course affects your GPA more than a lighter one — which is why acing a 4-credit class matters more than a 1-credit elective.
This uses the standard US 4.0 scale with +/− grades. Add or remove courses freely; nothing is saved or uploaded.
